Faddom fills in the gaps of what we couldn't easily see in our network.

What do you like best about the product?
Our customer succFrom the moment I saw the product I knew it would be a game changing service for our company. It is unlike any network discovery solution that I have personally tried in my 30+ year career in IT. Maps are definitely a game changer in terms of efficiency. The interface is easy to manage and understand. Since the implementation, I have been able to use it multiple times a week to get details about connectivity to troubleshoot problems. Our customer success support rep (Tal) has been phenomenal in helping us implement the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is another tool that we have in our toolbox to learn and use. It will just take time and effort to be effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an overall visual of all network traffic will help us diagram our envirnment and see what needs to be done to become more effecient after merging 5 separate companies into one.

What do you like best about the product?
Faddom is really good for our organization. We have a lot of programs and devices that need to be properly inventoried and I think Faddom will check that box for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think my only complaint is the network topology needed a little more hands on approach than I liked for setup, but overall it seemed okay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faddom is helping me easily create network topologies for DOD compliance surveys and also helping me keep track of all of our services and apps.

What do you like best about the product?
The environment and application/application dependency mapping is 2nd to none. Truly game changing from an infrastructure standpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Faddom offered a PS team to install and standup the appliance however it isn't too bad with their documentation doing it yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Application dependency! Coming into a complicated environment that has been architected by developers with limited documentation... this was a life saver.
