Marketplace Sellers get prescriptive guidance on Business & Operational Alignment, GTM Readiness, and Technical Foundational Readiness. Business & Operational Alignment is key to successful listings and usage of the marketplace as an important channel for your business, data, and services. GTM Readiness will include advice on Sales reporting, usage, and alignment to internal teams. Technical Foundational Readiness is guidance on AWS Marketplace API's, tooling, and the lifecycle of listings.
GTM Readiness will include an assessment of the CRM based revenue recognition process and identify areas for acceleration. The output of the assessment as well as a series of custom playbooks will be shared with the seller teams.
