AWS Marketplace: TaskWatch Implementation Services

Overview

Our in-house specialized product team will help with speedy implementation of TaskWatch solutions for Computer Vision Workflows using AWS Panorama, and/or Integration of the TaskWatch Connected Worker platform with existing enterprise data assets such as Robots, AGVs, IoT devices and software systems.

A customer subject matter expert will need to work on the implementation effort with the TaskWatch project manager. The customer project lead will be responsible to engage with various stake holders and technical resources within their organization.

TaskWatch project manager will involve multiple resources, as needed, within the blended rate offering of the professional services package.

As a part of the professional services package, the TaskWatch Professional Services project manager will deliver the following (1) Process model and requirements document after the discovery phase (2) Work process training for development of a custom computer vision model via the zero-code TaskWatch Attntiv platform. This customer-specific subject matter activity can be completed by a non-technical operations user. (3) Development of wearable and mobile workflows with integrations into Computer Vision events, as well as integrations with Robots, AGVs, IoT devices and software systems as needed.

Highlights

Computer Vision Workflows on Mobile and Wearable devices. A customized CV model will trigger automated workflows for appropriate employees or robots/AGVs to respond to events detected by the computer vision applications. This capability will mitigate risk observed by computer vision, will also deliver processes to enhance productivity and improve user/customer experiences as the case may be.
Connected and Contextually Aware Workers With employees using standalone and fully managed smartwatches or mobile devices, they remain handsfree are contextually aware to respond to business events. TaskWatch knows which teams are best qualified to respond to events and will manage their activities until the complete, with appropriate reminders and escalations.
Worker Safety and Collaboration Through the TaskWatch wearable platform, workers will remain safe with their location and status available on the dashboard.
