AirTrack’s unique data aggregation & cross-referencing solution ingests multiple system and tool data sources across all delivery towers (Service Manager, Device Management, Cyber, Cloud and Networks). AirTrack cross references those data sources to validate breadth, depth & quality of delivery. The cross reference query process exposes gaps in the IT Operations environment enabling delivery teams with actionable data to improve Quality of Delivery. AirTrack sits in the Gartner CAASM (Cyber Asset Attack Surface Management) space which means you can’t secure what you can’t see and are considered leaders.

AirTrack will be hosted in the customers environment (Cloud or On-Premise), as such the Customer will be responsible for provision of infrastructure.
As the solution will be fully hosted within the Customer organisation, it will be subject to the existing policy regarding security and data movement.
The Customer is responsible for providing access for DXC to the AirTrack instance for the duration of the engagement. This will be via an approved remote access method that allows screen sharing and monitored remote control.
AirTrack will be licenced for one month after completion of the assessment. During this time, Customer will be able to access the aggregated data and visualisations from the ingested data sources.
Any variations to these conditions, may incur additional charge/effort.
