SMX (IC) Cloud Strategy

We are a proven leader and asset in the National Security and IC cloud space. We currently provide direct support to several strategic-level IC cloud adoption and migration efforts for the DoD. This includes drafting, publishing, and updating cloud strategy documentation; assessing and understanding the overarching IC and agencies Information Environment (IE); and monitoring and advising on Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E) contract capabilities and gaps. We also provide the following (not all inclusive):

Knowledge Management (KM):

• Agile project management resources
• Webpage development and management
• Marketing and communications products
• Graphics and video production

Training and Education:

• Inform the community on various cloud training opportunities
• Host regular/ongoing cloud training sessions with the C2E approved Cloud Service Providers (CSP's)
• Other online cloud training opportunities provided by the CSP’s (some free or at reduced cost to the government)
• Direct connections to the CSP’s for one-on-one technical discussions
• Research and publish relevant information on C2E or Joint Warfighter Cloud Capability (JWCC) cloud options available to the IC
• Build an understanding of the current use of AWS for C2E, as well as inform on the current and/or future status and use of Azure, Oracle, Google, and IBM
