The video feed is streamed in real time, allowing multiple experts to gain immediate insights into the specifics of the issue and collaborate on solving it. The hands-free operation with smart glasses ensures the comfort and safety of the on-site technician while troubleshooting.
To aid in problem-solving, the video feed can be enhanced with additional data such as drawings, documentation, and text input, which can be translated into multiple languages. Additionally, these support sessions can be recorded for future reference or training purposes.
