Quickstart Service for Leidos FinOps Platform

Our Quickstart Service helps you get the most out of your Leidos FinOps Platform deployment and investments by assisting with the the planning, design, execution and configuration of your implementation. Our hands-on, FinOps engineering subject matter experts will work with you to design, deploy and integrate the FinOps Platform into your AWS accounts, processes and workflows. Our experts will on-board and train your staff on how to streamline, report and develop operational insights to optimize your AWS workloads and infrastructure costs.

DELIVERABLES

• Planning - Includes review of your requirements and architecture, discuss milestone timelines and identify your team members for coordination and training.

• Design - Leidos will provide a Technical Requirements Document (TRD) to assess the technical requirements of your implementation.

• Deployment - Perform deployment of the Leidos FinOps Platform that include console deployment, multi-account deployment and interactive dashboard deployment.

• Integration - Perform integration & configuration of the FinOps Platform and dashboards into your processes and workflows in adherence to your security and governance policies

• Validation - Leidos will review and validate the deployment of the FinOps Platform.

• Knowledge Transfer & Training - Leidos FinOps Subject Matter Experts will provide knowledge transfer and training upon completion of all the tasks identified in the service description. In addition, provide documentation including a description of all provisioned AWS services, IAM policy statements, and how an IAM role or user is deployed and used in your AWS account.

AWS SERVICES (Required) The following AWS services will be deployed as part of the Leidos FinOps Platform: AWS IAM, S3, Glue, Lambda, EventBridge, Athena and Quicksight.
