Overview
Since 2011, DLZP Group has implemented, upgraded, updated, hosted and/or managed over 50 companies’ PeopleSoft solutions in both the public and private sector. We have been supporting PeopleSoft and other Oracle solutions from our company’s inception, and our consultants have more than 20+ years of experience in this business segment.
DLZP Group is a leader in supporting not only PeopleSoft but pioneered the hosting of PeopleSoft applications in the cloud. Based on the successful migrations of many PeopleSoft clients to the AWS Cloud, we co-authored white papers with Amazon Web Services to support Oracle databases on AWS. We were also a founding member of the AWS Test Drive program where clients could instantiate fully functional applications (PeopleSoft, others) on AWS to fully vet a cloud-hosted solution.
Within the ERP domain, DLZP has supported programs for small private institutions with a few hundred users to a nationwide payroll processing firm administering 500,000+ checks weekly. Within the public sector domain, we have supported public entities at the city, county and statewide-level, supporting shared services’ HR and Benefits programs for 400,000+ higher education personnel and retirees.
Due to our numerous public sector clients, we introduced the DLZP Secure-by-Design Infrastructure compliance methodology in 2019. Whereby, we integrated various compliance frameworks-- FISMA, HIPAA, FERPA-- with our Infrastructure Code. All DLZP Group cloud infrastructure is built with code, an AWS best practice.
DLZP Group invested the time and capital to build audit-ready compliance libraries for our internal use but also found considerable interest from our clients seeking support for Cybersecurity Compliance requirements. We finalized our first library that meets the FISMA Moderate Standard Defined in NIST SP800-53r4. DLZP Group retained a 3rd Party Accounting Organization (3PAO) to obtain a SOC I Type 2 attestation. Since 2019, we have attained yearly certification on the strength of that library and our internal controls.

Support
DLZP Group is pleased to offer our full set of PeopleSoft Managed Services through our annual support plan packages with flexible billing terms. These plans offer a monthly block of hours to support your needs; however, hours are only billed when used and don’t expire. For instance, they may be banked for small project activities if you choose. Should you require more hours than available in any one month, they will be billed at a discounted monthly rate.
