Approach: ⁃ Review current service delivery processes and operating model against the AWS MSP standard and ITIL Framework. ⁃ Provide high-level gap analysis and actionable recommendations to ensure service is delivered to the AWS MSP standard. ⁃ Analysis performed by ITILv4 certified service managers with significant experience across various sectors, delivered via a mix of workshops, offline artefacts analysis and targeted interviews
