This is a repackaged open source software product wherein additional charges apply for support while launching it and connecting to the instance for the first time as well as continuous security updates available in new versions.
DESCRIPTION
NetBox Community Edition is an open-source web application tailored for managing and documenting computer networks. As a powerful IP address management (IPAM) and data center infrastructure management (DCIM) tool, it offers network administrators a centralized platform to organize network components like devices, connections, IP addresses, and racks.
This image runs Netbox Community in a docker container and is intended to help cloud professionals to use NetBox in the context of a PoC (Proof of concept) or any other type of test environment.
For production deployments we recommend separate the database from the application, following the instructions at https://docs.netbox.dev/en/stable/installation/.
We recommend also backing up your EC2 Instances using the steps described here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/prescriptive-guidance/latest/backup-recovery/ec2-backup.html
