The dashboard provides users with a comprehensive view of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to failed deliveries, actionable insights into key factors influencing failed deliveries, and impacts in terms of costs and CO2 emissions. Using Interactive dashboard the user can drill deeper into any specific KPI -e.g. see the frequency of failures and why are they occurring.

Utilizing Amazon QuickSight's forecasting capability, dashboard can also offers predictions for future deliveries, ‘what if’ scenario considerations enabling businesses to take appropriate actions

The dashboard also helps with inputs into strategies for transitioning to more eco-friendly fleet of vehicles providing insights into optimising fleet with vehicles that burn less CO2 per mile and gradually increasing the percentage of electric cars to reduce carbon footprint
