The BJSS’ Well-Architected Review is the first step to optimising your application architecture running on AWS, increasing it's scalability, flexibility and performance.
During a BJSS' AWS Well-Architected Review, we will focus on the following key areas:
- Automated Workload Scan: Analysis of existing architecture, technical debt and technical limitations of current platform
- Identify Key Stakeholders: Business Stakeholders, IT Operations, Security officers and Data administrators
- Deep Dive Q&A: Understand platform limitations and business impact
- Report Preparation: Create a report based on findings and consolidate into one easily understood document
- Report Presentation Present key findings to stakeholders and jointly agree the next steps.
- Optional Deliver Priority Remediations: Deliver agreed high-priority remediations in collaboration with your team.

Timeline: 7 Days
- Day 1-2: Interviews, documentation review, Cloud Conformity scan
- Day 3: Assess pillars, compile findings and recommendations
- Day 4-7: Present findings to stakeholders and as an option deliver on agreed high-priority remediations in collaboration with your team

Pre-requisites
- Access to stakeholders for interviews
- IAM policies created to allow Cloud Conformity to scan AWS accounts
- Access to the AWS Cost and Usage report to conduct a savings report.
Acceptance Criteria
- Services completed upon delivery of report and presentation after 4 days.
- A limited number of high-priority remediations conducted in collaboration with your team and oversight with a BJSS AWS platform engineer.
