An inIT led AWS Well-Architected Framework Review should take around one calendar month to complete from start to finish. Every review will vary depending on the workload, but the process is made up of the following steps:

• Initial Assessment: We begin the process with a kick-off meeting, where we learn about your business and identify the workload to review. We explain the process, define goals and expectations, and schedule the workload review.
• Workload Review: This is a detailed and engaging discussion, aimed at thoroughly understanding your infrastructure through the lens of the Well-Architected Framework Tool. We'll go through each question together, ensuring a clear and mutual understanding of the workload.
• Workload Report: We deliver the Well Architected Framework Review report with our findings and remediation plan. We work jointly to create a prioritized plan to remediate at least 45% of the critical findings.
• Remediation: We offer a flexible approach to resolving high-risk issues, tailored to your processes. This can include using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), making manual changes, or providing you with precise instructions.
• Survey: You submit a customer satisfaction (CSAT) to AWS.

Deliverables:

• Well-Architected review report of findings and recommendations
• Remediation options for the findings
