    Overview

    A major challenge in today's ever-changing multi-channel retail environment, is real-time, full-time visbility to the estate of software and hardware distributed to hundreds or thousands of physical selling devices and peripheral hardware. The Capstone Enterprise Management Service is designed for just that environment. This solution and service provides support for retailers in several key areas including:

    Ability to Sell (Selling terminals online, Payment devices online, Enterprise Integrations available and functioning, Data updated, Pricing integrity, Transactions Processing...) Software Integrity and Stability Estate Management (Hardware inventory, Device runtime metrics, Alerts to problem areas) Business Insights EMS is providing Retailers the ability to proactively manage their systems around the world, be alerted to issues, collect data from remote locations and invoke corrective action to remediate problems.

    Cloud infrastructure, applications and services are key components of a selling environment. We gather data and logs from Cloudwatch, Cloudtrails, API Gateway, S3 and EC2 and generate a picture of the health of your environment as well as the applications running in the environment and create alerts and notifications using AWS services such as SES and SNS. Our platform is also hosted in the AWS cloud to provide scalability.
