SSH as user "centos" to the running instance and use sudo to run commands requiring root access.
Use "sudo su - root" to switch to root.

To start Tomcat Service: sudo systemctl start tomcat
To get status of Tomcat Service: sudo systemctl status tomcat
To stop Tomcat Service: sudo systemctl stop tomcat
To restart Tomcat Service: sudo systemctl restart tomcat
Mysql Server version: MySQL: 5.7.37 MySQL Community Server
Use "cat /home/centos/mysql_initial_password" get MySQL root initial password
To start Mysql Service: sudo systemctl start mysqld
To get status of Mysql Service: sudo systemctl status mysqld
To stop Mysql Service: sudo systemctl stop mysqld
To restart Mysql Service: sudo systemctl restart mysqld
Tomcat Port 8080 and MySql port 3306 this is by default not allowed on cloud firewall for security.
Please allow SSH port 22, Tomcat port 8080 and MySql port 3306 to limited IPs for access.
