NCL Data Center Migration to AWS Cloud

NCL contracted CHT's Cloud Technology Architecture, Strategy and Consulting IT Services. The task was to transition NCL’s physical data center to AWS Cloud. CHT’s Architect and Engineers worked closely with NCL’s staff and leadership to accomplish this. Description: • Design, road map, and support of applications in the cloud namely with AWS. • Evaluated new tools and use existing tools to help streamline cloud infrastructure. • Coordinated with third party vendors for the upgrade of all cloud infrastructure. • Collaborated with Cloud Architecture and Security to ensure customer facing digital solutions meet the overall enterprise cloud guidelines. • Assisted in migrating on premise resources to AWS. • Created EC2 and Workspace images to company best practices. • Administered SSO for AWS and IAM policies and roles. • Served as a second-tier support for cloud infrastructure. • Participated in a 24x7 on call rotation.
