ITTStar’s NOC as a Service team provides real-time monitoring, alert response and incident escalation. Our certified Analysts work as an integral part of your technology team. They will run pre-approved scripts for remediation of common alerts, as well as perform basic troubleshooting activities. Our team can escalate to either your internal team or our 2nd or 3rd level engineers, depending upon your need. Depending upon the scope of service required, our customers are provided with SLA’s for response remediation metrics.

While cloud infrastructure monitoring is a major part of what our NOC as a Service, one key area where ITTStar shines is in our capability to monitor Databases as well as infrastructure. In fact, many of our customers rely on our NOC to monitor their Oracle and SQL database instances as well as our DBA talent. Our NOC is experienced at proactively monitoring, ensuring backups and scripts run as defined, as well as monitoring the associated performance and storage logs. This allows your DBA’s to concentrate on improving your data utilization and not getting bogged down in repeatable tasks.
