Overview

Green Custard takes the AWS Well-Architected Review to the next level by offering a customised layer that specifically addresses IoT Workloads.

With a 4-day time-boxed engagement, Green Custard conducts a thorough analysis of your IoT landscape, identifying high-risk items and providing remediation support for three days to address any issues.

Schedule

Before the review process begins, Green Custard requires completion of a pre-review questionnaire and read-only access to your workload.

The review process itself consists of a 1-day session that includes a 1-hour meeting to discuss the pre-review questionnaire and organisational priorities. During this period, Green Custard conducts a thorough examination of the workload, followed by a 1-hour meeting to present the completed review and discuss priority remediations.

The remediation process, spanning 3 days, prioritises high-risk items and includes Green Custard providing guidance and/or assistance to remediate at least 45% of these items. At the end of the remediation period, a final 1-hour meeting is held to review all remediations completed.

AWS Funding

Upon remediation $5,000 (USD) is available for eligible workloads.
