AI Strategy Workshop and POC The engagement starts with the generative AI Ideation workshop involving customer business and technical stakeholders. It will provide an overview of key emerging GenAI trends and use cases, the art of possible.
This will be followed by an ideation session discussing generative AI opportunities specific to a customer business and their goals, as well as considering potential risks and constraints.
The workshop output will include a prioritised set of use cases based on the impact and complexity, a generative AI Strategy, Roadmap. In addition, an initial POC would be defined and delivered within a fixed period of time week as a proof of value
