    Pantheon Inc. provides the Odyssey Professional Development Services to provide a retainer of hours to be utilized by the Customer for various projects to be built, managed and delivered by Pantheon, Inc. at a discounted per hour rate as compared to the standard Pantheon, Inc. development rate based on the hours selected. Rates are provided on an AWS Private Offer basis. Any hours remaining at the end of 12 months are forfeited.

    Overview

    The Odyssey Professional Development Services Program has four levels based on hours selected:

    1. Bronze 200 hours
    2. Silver 500 hours
    3. Gold 1,000 hours
    4. Platinum 5,000 hours Additional levels available at Customer request.

    The Odyssey Professional Development Services program requires a partnership between Pantheon and the Customer to efficiently gather and implement requirements that will fulfill the automation goals of the organization. Hours applied to the retainer hours includes hours spent by Pantheon personnel on design, development, test and release. The following criteria are critical to the success of the work.

    1. This program requires involvement by customer’s Technical and Business personnel. Identify customer personnel who will be responsible to work with Pantheon personnel for the duration of the design development and Go-Live Implementation that can provide all the required information and support related to the application or automation process.
    2. Provide detailed requirements before the start of the project that explains the in-depth process flows for the automation being configured.
    3. All the required resources, machines, infrastructure and access must be made available to Pantheon personnel in a timely manner. Provide/Assist in obtaining access credentials to various application servers, databases and other third-party middleware that make up the integration needs of the automation, including integration endpoints. Such access may include (but not limited to) the ability to VPN, Terminal Client to application server machines, login to various Application Server consoles, access test environments for integration tests etc.
    4. Provide necessary stakeholder approvals and authorizations so that users and groups required in transitioning Odyssey Projects into operational mode can be created and managed by the customer’s employees.

    • Hybrid Agile Development Model: Pantheon provides post sprint reviews by the Customer. A sprint last two weeks in duration. This ensures a quicker time to value and market.
    • Assistance with Odyssey projects that your team builds, post training of Customer personnel. This ensures best practices are followed and implemented on a consistent basis.
