Support includes: • Conduct a technical readiness assessment at client’s location, or virtually on Generative AI. • Analyze the competency and build a customized use case for the company for Generative AI. • Build a customized working Prototype of using SageMaker JumpStart, Amazon Bedrock, and Guardrails for Amazon Bedrock. • Build a customized roadmap for implementing Generative AI in the customer organization. • Provide consultation services to support your implementation of Generative AI, SageMaker JumpStart, Amazon Bedrock, and Guardrails for Amazon Bedrock. • Offer up to 20 hours of support per month for a period of 3 months after implementation
