    Pricing is based on contract duration. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for any usage exceeds the entitle amount or not covered in the contract. These charges will be applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to your entitlements will expire.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Clazar's platform as well as their support team simplifies marketplace listing from a quarter long process to something that can be done in days or weeks. It's a no brainer to use their service if marketplace listings are a priority for your business.

    In particular, their CS team is awesome and helping build internal alignment to ensure the timely completion of all activities and is readily available to troubleshoot any hiccups live.

    The platform is easy to use and powerful all at the same time. But even more important are the people behind the Clazar platform. They offer outstanding support and do what it takes to make you successful. They comprehensively walked us through implementation and maximized our capabilites as we continue to usethe platform more and more across all our entire company.

    What do you like best about the product?
    During my tenure using Clazar, it was required for integration with AWS Marketplace and APN Customer Engagement (ACE). The process was very smooth and the features are very impressive. One place to view, submit and receive leads from AWS. The implementation was done in only a matter of days.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    A few problems aroused during the implementation which was just a small option not enabled on our Hubspot, other than no complaints. We did not face any issue with the implementation.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The main problem we were facing was our AWS Marketplace SaaS listing. Clazar solved that in only a matter of days. We filled in a form and voila, were on AWS Marketplace in some days. The other problem was regarding APN ACE integration with HubSpot and that was also done seamlessly.

    Clazar's Cloud Sales Platform offers a seamless, well-structured, and professional onboarding experience. The pre-sales process stood out as it was grounded in real conversations and achievable timelines, making the entire journey smooth and predictable. Giovanni Rodriguez, the pre-sales specialist, demonstrated outstanding professionalism, addressing all our questions promptly—even while traveling internationally. He offered us a competitive price, understanding our constraints as an early-stage startup, and provided the necessary flexibility to accommodate our needs. The actual onboarding process was equally efficient, thanks to Ankita Sharma, whose professionalism and dedication ensured that we had the necessary guidance and support during US hours. Clazar’s quick turnaround and proactive support made the entire process a breeze.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There’s very little to dislike about the Clazar platform; however, some of the onboarding forms, particularly during the preview phase, could benefit from additional UX testing to enhance usability and clarity. That said, Clazar’s team was highly receptive to feedback, and any issues raised were addressed and rectified almost overnight, demonstrating their commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
