AWS Marketplace expertise we needed (and fast)
What do you like best about the product?
We had an excellent experience with the team at Clazar. I can't speak highly enough of Deepshika. My company is an AWS partner, and we've done the AWS Marketplace setup a few times for various products. This time we used Clazar, and it completely changed the experience. For context, my team is in the voice agents space. The space is developing rapidly, and we're focused on engineering and maintaining the product. Working with Clazar made it possible to get up and running in the Marketplace quickly. They had clear steps, and also specific recommendations on best practices. Deepshika is one of the best customer success / architects I've ever worked with, at any vendor. Fast response, excellent insight. Also no drama — she was very easy to work with when we collaborated on copy, and requested edits (since we know our product better than anyone!). Not only did they get us live much faster than I thought possible, our listing is much higher quality, and optimized for best practices. I would not hesitate to work with them again and recommend them to any startup founder.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have much to say here, in terms of dislikes or cons. It was an all around great experience. I have to give credit again to Deepshika.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clazar Cloud helped us go live on the AWS Marketplace. This is a key step in our partnership with AWS.
Incredible support - an awesome partner
What do you like best about the product?
My experience with Clazar has been outstanding, particularly thanks to their customer success and support team. When we sent out our first Azure offer, our customer success specialist, Dixit, provided exceptional support. He was knowledgeable, highly responsive, and willing to join calls with us and our client on very short notice to ensure everything was handled properly. He truly went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we need, and I can't express how much we appreciate it! Additionally, I find Clazar itself to be a user-friendly tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be awesome if there was an ability to export signed offers as PDFs, and to generate reminder notifications to clients from within Clazar (for an offer expiring soon, for example), but aside from those two - Clazar has been an incredible tool to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clazar allows us to send Marketplace, Azure and GCP offers with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Clazar’s team was an excellent experience. They guided us through setting up our Salesforce–AWS integration, enabling seamless co-selling with AWS without the burden of manual effort. Our implementation specialist, Deepshika, was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process, ensuring we were fully set up and able to maximize the value of Clazar’s platform.

I haven’t encountered any issues at this time.

Clazar Cloud Sales Platform has streamlined our co-selling process with AWS by eliminating the need for manual data entry and coordination. By integrating directly with Salesforce, it ensures that opportunities flow seamlessly, reducing administrative overhead and minimizing errors. This has not only saved our team time but also allowed us to focus more on driving revenue and strengthening our partnership with AWS.

Enables fast listing and selling on AWS, Azure, and GCP marketplaces with minimal engineering effort.

Some integrations with CRMs could offer more flexibility so they fit a wider range of existing workflows.

Clazar removes the heavy engineering work of listing and managing offers on AWS marketplaces, allowing us to launch and scale much faster.

Stellar customer service, technical implementation is superb, and delivery is fast.

The Clazar platform itself is not super useful for me as a user, but the support the team provides is the main draw.

I have not encountered any problems, because if there ever is an issue, it gets resolved by the team.

What do you like best about the product?
When starting to work with marketplaces, the financial side requires defining a lot of processes and handling data from very scattered sources. Clazar makes this much easier by providing visibility and simplifying data extraction, since each marketplace normally has information dispersed in ways that are not very accessible.
The feature I use the most is the payouts module, which is key for reconciling collected invoices. Another major advantage is their Slack-based support team: responsive, available, and always willing to help with new use cases.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate it if the menu structure were standardized. Currently, it follows the logic of AWS and GCP platforms, which means that finding the same type of information (like payouts) requires navigating through different paths depending on the marketplace.

The main problem Clazar solves is the ability to manage private offers from end to end directly within Clazar, without having to switch between AWS and GCP consoles. This centralization saves a lot of time, avoids operational mistakes, and gives our finance team a clear and consistent workflow.

Very smooth and fast implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Their team was very prompt and quick to help us get started. We were on a tight deadline and they still made it happen for us. Always prompt in communication as well.

Nothing specific that stood out for me that i can point out.

We needed to go live on the AWS Marketplace and were under a tight deadline. We were referred to the Clazar team who helped us get started & ready to go very quickly. In a lot of places they did the heavy lifting so that it saved us time.

What do you like best about the product?
Clazar has taken a lot of the manual work out of keeping our AWS marketplace listings and deals up to date. Their team is easy to work with and quick to respond when we run into questions. The product saves us time, but we’ve also noticed that the value really depends on how much the team actually uses it.
