Seamless ACE & CRM Integration with Intuitive Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with ACE and CRM is seamless, making the experience smooth and efficient. The interface is highly user-friendly, and navigating through the co-sell and PO issuance analytics is straightforward and intuitive. Very responsive customer support - anytime we have questions/issues, their response is super helpful and prompt.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered something I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By not having to repeat deal registrations in both ACE and CRM, there are fewer manual errors, and the sales and partner alliance teams can concentrate more on their actual work instead of spending time entering details and ensuring data is synchronized everywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is very responsive and knowledgable about the processes we work with them on. They run with their work as much as they can without asking questions and have made the process very seamless and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our rep has changed quite frequently which makes consistency of knowledge and process difficult.

Helping us integrate onto the marketplaces of the different clouds.

Integration has streamlined opportunity handoff and now saves time on every CRM to marketplace deal

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Clazar is ACE to HubSpot integration. I use Clazar with HubSpot to launch opportunities from HubSpot CRM to ACE.

What is most valuable?

The best features Clazar offers include seamless integration into Amazon or ACE. The automation is what makes the integration seamless for me. Clazar has positively impacted my organization by reducing duplicative tasks by integrating into ACE.

I save about 20 to 30 minutes by being able to have one source of truth for opportunity tracking, which reflects how much time or resources I've saved by reducing those duplicative tasks.

What needs improvement?

I am uncertain about what Clazar can be improved upon.

I have been using Clazar for three months.

Clazar is stable.

What do you like best about the product?
Clazar helped us get listed in less than 2 weeks. We have streamlined our offer management and co-sell workflows using Clazar and its in-built automation features like notifications, auto-create and auto-update.

The platform is top notch but what makes it sweeter is its support and implementation services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I would love the ability to make listing edits on the fly.

Clazar Streamlines AWS Co-Sell, Minor Customization Hurdles Remain

What do you like best about the product?
Clazar has made it significantly easier to operationalize our AWS co-sell motion by providing a seamless connection between our CRM and ACE.The automatic synchronization of opportunities, partner metadata, and pipeline updates has saved our team hours of manual work and improved accuracy in reporting.

The dashboards and workflow visibility are particularly helpful — they allow both Sales, Partner and deal desk teams to track AWS opportunity progression and funding eligibility in real time. The onboarding support was responsive, and the platform continues to evolve quickly based on user feedback.

Overall, Clazar has streamlined our marketplace and ACE engagement, reduced administrative overhead, and accelerated how we align with AWS co-sell programs — a clear upside for any ISV with an active AWS motion.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform offers robust capabilities, I have encountered some friction when trying to customize fields or map unique CRM data models, especially when dealing with a complex CRM schema. Occasionally, there is noticeable sync latency between SFDC and ACE, which can delay the visibility of opportunity status updates.

Reporting features are on the rise, but the addition of more advanced analytics and configurable alerts would further enhance the experience. Overall, these issues feel like minor growing pains for a rapidly evolving platform. However, increased flexibility and greater transparency in configuration would make Clazar even more valuable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Clazar, managing AWS co-sell opportunities meant we had to constantly update information manually between our CRM and ACE. This often resulted in data mismatches, reduced visibility, and missed chances for funding.

With Clazar, that entire process is now fully automated. Opportunities, partner information, and status updates are synced in real time, removing the need for manual intervention.

This automation has eliminated redundant work across our Sales, Alliances, and Operations teams, and we now have confidence that every qualifying deal is submitted to AWS accurately and on schedule. As a result, our co-sell process has become faster, our partnership with AWS has grown stronger, and both sides benefit from clearer pipeline visibility.

Overall, Clazar has transformed what was once a tedious and error-prone administrative burden into a workflow that is scalable, compliant, and auditable, directly contributing to increased joint revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Clazar is their deep knowledge and best-practice sharing in managing marketplace operations. The platform has made it incredibly easy to list and manage our AWS Marketplace offerings. With Clazar, we were able to get listed on AWS Marketplace within a week, which saved us a huge amount of time.

Their support team is also outstanding, always available, responsive, and helpful with integrations and co-sell pipeline management, and best practices with private and public offers via Marketplace.

One of the most impactful features for us is the ability to automatically submit our desired selection of pipeline to AWS Marketplace, which eliminates a lot of manual work and streamlines the whole process of Co-Selling through AWS.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside of using Clazar for us, it has always been contributing to our goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clazar simplifies the complexity of managing cloud marketplace operations by reducing manual work. It helps us keep our offers managed, and streamline co-sell pipeline management, which saves time and drives more efficiency in our marketplace sales process.

Expert Guidance and Streamlined Processes, Limited by CSP Portals

What do you like best about the product?
Tools are meant to make complex processes easier. Clazar does exactly that. One piece that I was not expecting to get as much value from is the continued expertise from the team around the Cloud Platforms and they not only provide the tool to make the private offer process easier, they are experts with recommendations around how offers work in each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our business, there are some limitations to what the platform can handle due to CSP portal limitations. But to combat this the team is extremely helpful when it comes to guidance around these deals that are not done via the Clazar tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the platform for Private Offer management and creation (except for those that are limited by the CSP providers).

Clazar makes CSP Co-Selling Faster and Easier

What do you like best about the product?
Previous Response: The sales process was clear and not full of pressure to 'buy today.' The platform handles two aspects of a CSP relationship: hosting of the marketplace listing, as well as the co-sell features that integrate easily with Salesforce. The implementation was fast and quite easy - the documentation and guidance from the Clazar team helped us go live in a couple of 45 minute calls. - The sales team now can easily self-serve deal registrations with CSPs - The interface to build Sales Offers is clean and easy to use for Sales Ops and Alliances Moving forward with Clazar was an easy decision based on the feature-set, the cost, and the support the team offers to customers throughout the whole process. Support has also been very helpful, and easily accessible via Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing options were a bit confusing at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud Marketplace interfaces and programs are typically accessed and used by alliance professionals and/or sales operations teams. Prior to Clazar, we manually entered deal registrations, one-by-one, which makes scaling a co-sell motion impossible. Clazar's automation saves a ridiculous amount of time - in fact, probably one headcount - as every seller in our organization can register opps for co-sell with. one simple click of a button in SFDC.
