What do you like best about the product?
When we switched to Clazar, we wanted a responsive platform that could also streamline marketplace operations and help us drive a high-converting co-sell pipeline. Clazar didn’t just automate our entire cloud sales process; they also ensured backward integration with our CRM so we could manage all opportunities from a single dashboard. We are confident that Clazar can continue scaling our co-sell operations with AWS and Azure
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up Azure co-sell took some time. The cloud provider's support was inconsistent, and a Clazar solution expert had to figure out a workaround to complete our setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clazar supports us with end-to-end cloud sales automation. This involves accurate and error-free opportunity sharing and a robust view of deal details, including buyer-propensity scores, key stakeholders and partners, and additional sales context for every deal. As a result, our team spends less time manually updating partner portals or actively tracking input data and more time building meaningful alliances. Ultimately, we can share clean opportunities with the hyperscalers, co-sell confidently, and free up sales and partnerships bandwidth to pursue more strategic tasks.
