How It Works

Week 1. Project Kickoff: We’ll get things started by introducing you to our project management tools, complete our discovery, and get aligned for next steps.

Week 2. Initial Deployment: We’ll frame up the initial deployment, and begin deployment the foundational infrastructure.

Week 3. Integration and Training: This is where the magic happens! We’ll integrate with your SSO provider, and adopt existing resources. Hang out for some hands-on training too.

Week 4. Handoff and Closure: We’ll work through some sample code changes and other operational tasks. You’ll receive as-built documentation, and a copy of the code.

Deliverables

• A new, multi-account foundational deployment on AWS
• The infrastructure as code we've customized for you, written in CDK Typescript
• Ingestion of an existing AWS account (note - complex integrations may incur additional fees)
