NTT CISO Advisory Services are designed to help organizations of all sizes and in all sectors address their specific and unique security challenges.

The service provides organizations with experienced senior consultants whose duties range from overseeing governance, risk and compliance (GRC) programs, selecting the right security frameworks, identifying and recommending proportionate technical controls, directing process changes or personnel security training as appropriate.

Further, in addition to duties such supplier governance, NTT Consultants conduct planning reviews, provide research and independent input, build business cases, participate in advisory or oversight boards, and serve as trusted members of your own team.

The Consultants serve as trusted members of your own team, and typically partner with existing Security Leadership within the organisation, to assist as Subject Matter Experts (SME's), or are engaged to perform the duties of the organisations Information Security Lead and Representative to Management, Regulators and the Board.

This an outcome based service, as opposed to a number of retained man days per annum.
