Tiers of Service

• Standard- for basic environments with simple requirements
• Advanced- our most common request, reasonable management with appropriate monitoring, response SLAs and reporting
• Professional- for the more complex/higher-demand environments
• Premium/Custom- when you don't fit into a box and need a custom offering, this is the tier for you

Pair this with an HLT Managed Services Discovery engagement to document your environment, confirm there are no major architectural issues present, and receive a right-sized recommended services tier based on conversations with your business and technical stakeholders. Managed Services engagements are delivered remotely and billed monthly.

MS Standard: Estimate $5,000 - $10,000 monthly

MS Advanced: Estimate $10,000 - $20,000 monthly

MS Professional/Custom: Estimate $20,000 - $35,000 monthly
