Continent 8 (C8) technical resources aligned to deliver a functioning AWS outpost for customers in a C8 operated facility.

Data Centre Team: C8 will provide facilities and technical engineering resource to carry out the below:

• Collaboration with AWS and Customer for on-site preparation
• Ensure delivery of suitable connectivity cabling (including “pigtail” delivery of connectivity services)
• Undertake site readiness assessments remotely and onsite
• Assess site readiness for physical delivery, installation, power design configuration, cooling design & configuration
• Supervision of Customer & AWS deployment teams during the site readiness visits and installation

Project Management: C8 will provide a project manager who will carry out the below

• Manage the C8 design, engineering and facilities teams together with the AWS and Customer teams, from project kick-off to project close
• Facilitate required workshops with stakeholders
• Manage the C8 deliverables including facilities, power, cabling, network readiness in preparation for testing and installation activities
• Secure site access for all parties and report weekly on progress
