1. Plan - Catalog key business systems and processes, data, and software components to determine a pilot candidate(s)
2. Pilot - Based on the outcome of the workshop, Artisan will execute a pilot to demonstrate the value and impact of ‘Artisan Edge’
3. Scale - Deploy additional critical applications and IoT devices and scale the ‘Artisan Edge’ solution to additional store locations
