You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

Usage instructions
Usage Instructions:
- Log into AWS.
- In the AWS Marketplace, search for FalconStor, and select the FalconStor StorSafe Checksum Validator.
- Choose an Instance Type that is appropriate for your environment, and then click 'Review and Launch'.
- Create a security group or select an existing group.
- Click Launch Instance and choose your key pair.
- When the instance no longer has a status of Initializing, use Secure Shell (SSH) to connect to the instance with cloud-user using either the DNS or IP address:
ssh -i KEY_PAIR_FILE cloud-user@
- Execute sudo into the privileged root account by specifying '-': sudo su -
