The maturity assessment will evaluate the overall IAM capability, looking at:

• technology
• people
• process

The maturity assessment report will provide:

• 1-5 assessment in each of the areas above,
• risk analysis,
• gap analysis
• roadmap to a fully mature service

This will typically a 2-3 week engagement but is dependant on the size and complexity of the customers organisation.
