These personas emulate a realistic longitudinal patient story with clinical and claims data that humanize the synthetic medical records. Personas are generated in JSON and can be used for testing in a R4 FHIR HAPI Server. These records are highly realistic and even include gaps of information like a patient record in a real-world healthcare ecosystem.
