    We typically begin our services with a code audit, to assess the current state of the application, address immediate issues and concerns, and plan for a transition to ongoing support. We can also create monitoring and communication systems to alert our team to address any issues with the site's reliability to minimize impacts to your users.

    Our day-to-day process is designed to support tight feedback cycles. We meet monthly to plan capacity needed to meet your needs and have open and asynchronous online conversations across tools such as Slack and Github to minimize meeting time. We will intervene on service alerts, outages, bugs, and all other issues affecting the reliable operation of Client’s systems during business hours within 1 hour, and outside of business hours within 12 hours. Intervention may include applying bug fixes, workarounds, restarting or fixing services.
