    Legacy security solutions such as host or network IDS/IPS are not enough to protect cloud native environments. Prisma Cloud is a security solution that can protect cloud native environment. It has two main features, CSPM and CWPP. CSPM can identify misconfigurations on cloud environment, assess the fit&gap with standards(e.g. CIS Benchmark, FISC, PCI DSS, e.t.c.), create report. CWPP can protect IaaS, PaaS, FaaS, and containers. This service includes anual Prisma Cloud linence. Also, Iret offeres supportdesk about Prisma Cloud based on our experience of constructing/operating cloud native environment and using Prisma Cloud. Customer can ask common usage, trouble-shooting, and others.

    Overview

    This service is ideal for customers who want to ensure the security of their services, and to simply implement the latest security measures such as CSPM and CWPP.

    • CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management)
    • CWPP (Cloud Workload Protection Platform)

    This service provides the following protection features

    • Protects the cloud environment from cloud misconfiguration. (CSPM)
    • Automatically audits your environment for security based on common standards. (CSPM)
    • Provides workload protection for hosted environments such as EC2. (CWPP)
    • Provides workload protection for container environments such as EKS, ECS, etc. (CWPP)
    • Provides workload protection for serverless environments such as Lambda. (CWPP)

    You can choice which one of CSPM or CWPP, or both of them.

    This packaged service includes Prisma Cloud supportdesk.

    Investigation of the alert content, etc., will be post 24/7 by our ticketting system. We will accepte and handle in Japanese during weekday business hours. This service include 12 ticket for support. If you need more ticket, please contact sales team. Ticketting system useing fee is free.
