1. Your business may currently be growing, migrating to a more recent version or experiencing a licence shortfall and as a result, you will submit an enquiry through our AWS product page i.e.: 1,000 x Office 2019 PRO;
2. Your business will receive a written quote within 24 hours, demonstrating 20-50%+ savings compared to your local conventional Microsoft reseller;
3. Upon written acceptance of our sales quote / submitting a Purchase Order, your business would receive (normally within 24 hours) an electronic sales invoice, installation instructions and access to our ‘Secondary Software Licence Centre’ (SSLC) portal where your business will be able to access to its software (download link), installation keys as well as any supporting documentation required in case of an audit;
4. Upon full payment of our sales invoice, your company will become the lawful owner of the software licences.

Note that all disused Microsoft Volume software licence assets are sourced (purchased) from organisations that may have experienced a reduced headcount, migrated to a more recent version or moved to the Cloud. Your business may therefore be in a position where it is carrying disused / surplus perpetual Microsoft software – should this be the case, simply submit your enquiry as above and you will be contacted by a member of our Purchasing department within 24 hours to discuss submitted a quote to purchase your software and instructions regarding the process.
