Safari Solutions will provide both Tier 1 and Tier 2 support detailed below.
• Tier 1 support which includes: * Creating new extensions and voicemail boxes * Basic ‘how to’ support and troubleshooting for defective phones * Ticket closure and reporting
• Tier 2 support which includes: * Unlimited remote moves, adds, and changes. * System or station programming as requested. * Troubleshooting and remote diagnostics to Precision for Medicine users * Testing of individual extensions, call flows, and call coverages. * Support of desktop soft phones, mobile apps, and user porta * Coordination with the EPIC Insurance IT team when necessary * Modification of user features and voicemail boxes * Modification of call flows and any programming changes required for the system or end users. * New feature programming included. * Unlimited Auto Attendant programming adjustments * Unlimited recordings of Auto Attendant greetings * Priority response for moves, add, and changes.
