Approach & Methodology

The Resident Systems Engineering (RSE) Program will leverage MetsiLabs' specialist engineering along with applicable project management support.

• Technical assistance related to implementation and adoption of HashiCorp Vault and Terraform software to customer teams

• Draft and Review with customer environment specific documentation, architecture or workflow diagrams and HashiCorp product specific examples

• Code-level solution development, to remove adoption barriers for organizations using HashiCorp

• Provide hands-on resourcing with focus on cloud projects with HashiCorp toolchain and enablement of customer engineer for long term success

• Provisioning of GitOps – Gitlab Workflows leveraging Terraform code

• Transition projects such as MVP to Production workstreams

• Day 2 Use case development and enablement

• Migration Factory Workstreams for OSS to Enterprise and/or Enterprise to Cloud

Deliverables

The following deliverables are included in the MetsiLabs Resident Engineering Program:

• Technical Planning Documentation to support workstream project for RSE

• Project Delivery Summary Documentation per workstream under retainer

• Weekly Cadence calls/agile approach meetings for workstream status
