The AWS Well-Architected Review helps ensure your workloads are designed to support your business by measuring your architectures against best practices and identify areas of improvements. In this engagement, we will review your workloads across six pillars: Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, Cost Optimization, and Sustainability.

Our expert architects will lead you through this process across three sessions:

1. Preparation and Kickoff - Prior to the Review, we will spend time to scope the discovery (e.g. identify workloads for review) and meet key stakeholders. (1 hour)

2. Architecture Deep Dive & Review- The Deep Dive is a workshop where our expert Architect will interview workload owners to collect architecture data, understand business objectives, and perform the Well Architected Review against the six pillars. (4 hours)

3. Review Findings - Upon completion of the Well-Architected review, we will deliver a detailed report and report our findings on the current state of your architecture and our recommendations for remediation in the form of an action plan. (4 hours)
