This 4-6 week engagement results in a technical roadmap and plan for your successful business model transformation on AWS.
Phase I: Assess (1-2 weeks)
Our experts evaluate operational readiness and business potential, pinpointing gaps and devising targeted initiatives for a SaaS transition tailored to your market, strategy, and customer needs—leveraging AWS services.
Phase II: Plan (2-4 weeks)
In the second phase, we build a report featuring technical recommendations and an architecture diagram on AWS. Alongside this, we offer guided sessions on how to plan for a smooth transition to an AWS-based SaaS business model.
Follow-On Project: Build, Launch & Operate
After the initial SaaS Discovery Program, you can engage Loka for hands-on keyboard implementation. Our experienced engineering team will lead the SaaS build-out on AWS, addressing challenges and offering guidance until you’re comfortable managing the new AWS SaaS model.
