Successful adoption of your organization’s cloud implementation relies on people having the right skills. The AWS Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) will help determine the best training for you and your organization. The LNA will give us a roadmap to tailor the AWS training courses being delivered and ensure that we are collectively training the right people on the right course at the right time. The LNA is a no-charge service
Overview
The Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) is completed in two parts:
- Each individual will be sent a hyperlink to complete a 5-10 minute self-assessment
- AWS and TEKsystems will analyze the results and provide a complete skills assessment and training plan
Assessment is adaptive based on each user’s current AWS capabilities and questions are specific to their job role and function
AWS and TEKsystems make the overall process as easy as possible, by providing the customized hyperlink, email templates, reminder emails, and all analysis/reporting from the assessments.
TEKsystems’ Global Services is an AWS Authorized Training Partner (ATP). As an ATP, we can offer customers a diverse curriculum of Certified AWS classes by role and specialty which are delivered by AWS Authorized Instructor’s (AAI).
We are also one of a very select group of AWS Advanced Consulting Partners, who also have Training Partner status within the AWS Partner Network (APN).
