Decyphertek Premium Support provides support for EC2 instances purchased via AWS Marketplace. This support package is optional and can provide you 24 response time regarding server issues or questions. Once the product has been purchased, please follow these instructions:

  1. Email: adminotaur@decyphertek.io
  2. The email should include, Company Name , Purchase Details, and contact email.
  3. We will send you an invite to the contact email to a private slack channel.
  4. All support will be done via the private slack channel
  5. Response time is within 24 hrs.
