• Evidence-based findings across the six AWS Well-Architected pillars, with risk classification and the evidence behind each finding.
• Five prioritized actions showing what to address first, in what order, with effort estimates and suggested owners.
• Remediation backlog with an action, acceptance criteria, and effort estimate for every finding.
• Current and target architecture diagrams showing where findings sit today and what the workload looks like with them addressed.
• AWS Well-Architected Tool record in your own AWS account, providing a baseline for future reviews.

Findings also identify what is already working well, so your team knows which strengths to protect.

We review one bounded production workload: a coherent set of components delivering one business capability.

The review normally takes one workshop session. Where the workload is unusually complex, we split it across two sessions. Up to three people from your team can participate.

Before the review, a short scoping call agrees the workload boundary, participants, evidence, and time required.

We recommend read-only access through the AWS Well-Architected Tool. msg never requires write or administrative access. Where read-only access is not possible, we work from infrastructure-as-code or configuration exports and your existing architecture documentation.

Each finding identifies its supporting evidence, so you can distinguish verified observations from conclusions based on the information available.

The review is delivered by AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certified Well-Architected Leads.

Reviews are delivered from the EU, in German or English.

We begin with a short scoping call. Where remediation follows, eligible production workloads may qualify for AWS funding toward that work, subject to the applicable AWS program and approval requirements.

The review deliverables remain with you. If you want help implementing the recommendations, msg can provide remediation, larger engineering work, and recurring Well-Architected Reviews as your workload evolves.
