Phase 1 - Discover & Define (1-3 weeks) Loka hosts discovery sessions with key stakeholders from your product and engineering teams. Together, we’ll pinpoint the GenAI use case that will move the needle for your business, outline the integration strategy within AWS and determine the scope achievable in the POC phase.

Phase 2 - POC (3-8 weeks based on complexity) In collaboration with your team, Loka develops a working POC within your infrastructure. This phase is designed to validate the practical value of employing GenAI to address your specific use case, demonstrating tangible results and the potential for scaling.

Phase 3/Beyond Workshop - Implement the project

Once the POC is delivered, you can opt to extend your partnership with Loka for additional adjustments or full implementation.
