This assessment process is also divided into main four stages spread over two weeks:

• Assessment of existing portfolio through application modernization portfolio
• Discuss the findings to build a roadmap and future business plan

For successful assessment to be conducted, it is essential to understand the business's priorities, identify the set of core applications, and shortlist the business outcomes that should be delivered due to the modernization initiative.

Our AWS certified professionals would assess and capture the current technical capabilities and architectures. They will also identify the key stakeholders to take part in critical operations, such as cloud leadership and engineering teams. The further phases assess the applications from five angles. First, it will check the application against business, functional, technical, financial and digital readiness objectives. Regrouping of applications takes place to decide which applications will be re-platformed, refactored, or replaced.

Based on these groupings, our professional team of experts prioritizes workloads by creating a modernization blueprint. Before making a blueprint, we proactively check prerequisites of application modernization such as performance, integration, and code remediation. These steps help align the suitable assets, define iterations and releases, and identify areas of an organization that help to get it ready for the modernization process.
