- Planning & Business Goals Our cloud team will execute a planning session with the client to gather critical information about the current state of their IT environment. Additionally, we will work to understand key outcomes and business goals to achieve through the assessment as well as their preliminary vision for how AWS can enable the enterprise moving forward.
- Data Collection & Inventory The data collection scope will focus on the following areas within the environment: • Infrastructure o VMs/Physical Servers /Databases/Application Portfolio o Windows Servers/SQL Servers o Linux/OSS DB • Applications o NET, Java, PHP, JavaScript o Windows or Linux environment o SQL/OSS DB o Standalone application or Web app • Other o Access to application and data owners o Customer maturity with Cloud Adoption Framework
- Data Analysis & Roadmap Centric will create the following outputs: • AWS Migration Evaluator Report • Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) strategy and template • Cloud Landing Zone architecture design • Application Portfolio Planning Workbook • Application Complexity Matrix (6R planning template) • Base cloud strategy and roadmap options • AWS funding road map
