etc is comprised of many modules to work alongside Amazon Connect:
- Admin - gives business users easy access to changes like prompts, holidays, spam lists and emergency open/close
- Audit - full tracking of all changes made within etc, many of which can be reverted in case of an adverse impact to the contact center
- Backup - take scheduled full backup of your Connect items and Lex bots, providing you easy as-built documentation
- Call Quality - improve observability by capturing agent logs and webRTC browser data. This helps IT Operations support the contact center with rich data for troubleshooting
- Callbacks - provide a UI to manage callbacks, switching between agent first and customer first, viewing callbacks that are queued, the ability to delete individual callbacks or purge an entire queue of callbacks
- Dialer - fully manage your campaigns with an intuitive UI for list management, DNCs, and an agent UI complete with a low-code script builder and agent guides Intelligent Routing - take propensity data from your CRM and use Intelligent Routing to provide customized experiences and ensure the best agent is available for each customer
- Voicemail - a custom voicemail solution allowing voicemails to be integrated with Tasks, or Salesforce and ServiceNow. Email or SMS notifications of voicemails to end users, or provide them a UI to listen to their individual or group voicemails. Allows users to record their own personal voicemail
