Overview

A Senior Consultant is assigned and will be the main point of contact for service delivery with access to a team that can support OpenText, Splunk, Dynatrace, Keyfactor, Device42, Freshworks, and more. The Whitlock team will:

  • Provide a framework to ensure all aspects of the plan have been well thought out and each of the stakeholders understands the commitment required to achieve a successful deployment.
  • Leverage our decades of experience in IT Ops management to share best practice guidance and integrate the tool(s) throughout your environment to drive maximum value from the platform.
  • Establish a modern, practical continuous improvement process and culture for enhancement after the initial deployment.
  • Monitor the environment to ensure it is up to date and running properly.
  • Be your Champion working with teams to resolve issues impacting availability and performance.
