Providing subject matter experts to help protect both your AWS instance and your legacy on prem infrastructure. This can include assistance with planning, architecture design, integration of some or all of the feature available, optimization and integration into your larger cyber security eco system, upgrades, policy audits, and rule optimizations.
Overview
Providing a resource during normal business hours, this is a purchase of a block of time for client directed engagement and there is no statement of work. These services are invoiced at the time of purchase and expire in 180 days. For time outside of normal business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST) there is a charge of time and a half. There is a minimum charge of two hours for any virtual support. The service is $250 per hour.
