Service Availability The Service Provider will respond to customer support requests within one hour through the support email provided.Emails received outside of office hours will be collected, however no action can be guaranteed until the next working day. The Service Provider will respond to customer support requests in case of Security breaches issues within one hour during the whole day. Communication The Service Provider will communicate with the Customer in a timely manner regarding all support issues.
