This 6-8 weeks engagement is designed to help enterprises develop a comprehensive cloud strategy and roadmap aligned with their business objectives. This assessment involves a detailed analysis of the organization's cloud architecture, delivery infrastructure, operating model, cloud economics, migration plan, security and compliance. The assessment also includes a review of existing cloud deployments to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization

• Assessment of application portfolio to rationalize and devise cloud migration strategy
• Analysis of delivery infrastructure and operating model
• Assessment of security and compliance requirements.
• Creating guidelines for budgeting, tracking and optimizing cloud usage

Deliverables

A report and a final presentation containing:

• Maturity scale for the assessed dimensions to help the enterprise understand current state and achieve desired state
• Recommendations suited to business and technology challenges and goals
• The high level roadmap for cloud journey ensuring minimal disruption to the current business initiatives and maximum ROI.
• Guidelines key metrics measurement
